This absolutely shocked me.  Warning... photos of decaying birds in the link... and yet, it's not the dead birds that are the most troubling factor in the images.  It's that each one died with a belly full of plastic, and then decayed, leaving skeletal remains and intact stomach contents.  Totally alarming and disconcerting.

Someone in West-end Vancouver has a love affair with knitting, and I love them for it.  So far, a fence at the Davie Village Community Garden is being wrapped in tiny blankets that fasten with buttons, and last week on my block I saw the bike, which made my week completely.

This story cracked me up... due to the fact I saw it first on The Office!  Hah!
